Our recipe for our fruity bun:
3 cups of flour, 3tsp of baking powder, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs beaten, 1 tbs of browning, 2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp melted margarine, 1 tbsp mixed spice, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp nutmeg, Raison& mix peel/ glace fruit based amount on the taste,
Measure all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour into a bun shape rectangle baking pan. Bake in 350 degrees heat untill well done.

For our food cart we're doing bannock! ALL different types of bannock. bannock-on-a-stick, oceania bannock, native bannock, and bannock bannock! We also have lots of recipes for sauces that we can use to dip the bannock. And all over the world sauces too!!! This is JUST a update.... More updates later!
Bannock Bread (Wendat)
Our class is doing a project on Natives. Our group is doing the Wendat tribe. Here is a recipe that our group used to make Wendat Bannock bread.

Berries are optional. If you do want to add the berries in, add it in before baking. Syrup and whipped cream also tastes good on it.
